This quick, flavorful stir fry sauce comes together with just a few pantry staples and adds a bold, savory kick to your veggies, rice, noodles, or proteins. Make it once and use it all week. It’s flexible, customizable, and way better than store-bought.

📋 Ingredients

  • ½ cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ to ½ cup water (adjust to desired thickness)
  • 1 tbsp Pad Thai seasoning (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
  • Optional: drizzle of honey (if using ginger)
  • Optional: crushed red pepper for heat 🌶

📝 Instructions

  1. Whisk everything together in a small bowl or jar until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust to your preference:
    • Add water to thin
    • Add honey for sweetness
    • Add red pepper for heat
  3. Use immediately as a sauce, drizzle, or stir-fry base, or store in the fridge for up to a week in a sealed container.
