Ordering
How do I order a treat box?
Use Build Your Box. Pick a size, choose your treats, flavors, colors, and add-ons, then choose your pickup slot at checkout. You'll see your total before you check out.
How much notice do you need?
Dipped treat boxes: order at least 7 business days before your pickup date. Cookie orders: order at least 5 business days ahead. For big events, 2 to 3 weeks is best. Need it sooner? Contact us about a rush order.
Is there a minimum for cookies?
Cookie orders have a 2 box minimum (12 cookies), with 6 cookies per flavor.
Pickup
Where do I pick up my order?
All orders are local pickup in Mountain Home. You pick your day and time slot at checkout, and the meeting spot goes with the day. Two days on each side of town:
- Wednesday, 5:30 to 6:00 pm: Harps West parking lot, 2089 Highway 62 W.
- Thursday, 6:00 to 6:30 pm: Home Depot lot, 100 Pendella Drive.
- Friday, 5:30 to 6:00 pm: Home Depot lot, 100 Pendella Drive.
- Saturday, 10:30 to 11:00 am: Harps West parking lot, 2089 Highway 62 W.
At Home Depot, enter from Pendella Drive and look for us in the first rows facing the bypass. Your confirmation email lists the address for the day you picked. Full details are on the pickup page.
What days and times are pickups?
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, at the times above. We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Need a different day or time? Send us a time that works and we will confirm or offer the closest thing we can do.
Do you ship?
Yes, for our seasonal boxes! Holiday treat boxes can ship as gift kits to Arkansas addresses by UPS Ground, and each box lists its own order and ship dates. Everything else is local pickup in Mountain Home for now. Want cookies shipped? Join the shipping waitlist and we'll let you know.
Payment and changes
How does payment work?
At checkout you can pay in full, or pay a 50% deposit to hold your date. If you pay the deposit, only that deposit is charged. The balance is paid in person when you pick up, and your card is never charged automatically for it.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Your deposit holds your date and covers supplies, so it's non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule 14 or more days before pickup, your deposit becomes credit toward a new date within 6 months. Life happens, so reach out and we'll always try to work with you.
Can I change my design after ordering?
Design changes are welcome up to 10 days before pickup. Edible photos are final once submitted, because we send them to print right away.
Treats and ingredients
What are your treats dipped in?
Our treats are hand-dipped in chocolate or vanilla almond bark. Flavored barks are made with flavor oils and mix-ins blended right into the bark. Black designs are always made on chocolate almond bark for the richest color.
Are your treats fully dipped?
Yes! Oreos, Rice Krispie treats, and cake pops are fully coated, which also keeps them fresher. Pretzel rods are dipped almost all the way, with a little bare spot at the end so they are easy to hold.
How do I store my treats?
Keep them sealed, at room temperature, and out of the sun and hot cars. Every treat has its own freshness window, so check our treat care guide for the details.
How do edible photos work?
Upload your photos when you build your box. We print them on edible sheets for Oreos, Rice Krispie treats, and cake pops. Photos must be uploaded when you order and can't be changed after they go to print.
Do you accommodate allergies?
Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, and soy. We can't guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies in the Special requests box when you order.
