Ordering

How do I order a treat box?

Use Build Your Box. Pick a size, choose your pickup date, then choose your treats, flavors, colors, and add-ons. You'll see your total before you check out.

How much notice do you need?

Please order at least 2 weeks before your pickup date. 2 to 3 weeks is best, especially for big events. Need it sooner? Contact us about a rush order.

Is there a minimum for cookies?

Cookie orders have a 2 box minimum (12 cookies), with 6 cookies per flavor.

Pickup

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders are pickup only at 2089 Highway 62 W, Mountain Home, AR 72653. We'll confirm your pickup time after you order.

Do you ship?

Not yet, but we'd love to. Join the shipping waitlist and we'll let you know.

Payment and changes

How does payment work?

At checkout you can pay a 50% deposit or pay in full. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance is due at pickup.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Your deposit holds your date and covers supplies, so it's non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule 14 or more days before pickup, your deposit becomes credit toward a new date within 6 months. Life happens, so reach out and we'll always try to work with you.

Can I change my design after ordering?

Design changes are welcome up to 10 days before pickup. Edible photos are final once submitted, because we send them to print right away.

Treats and ingredients

What are your treats dipped in?

Our dipped treats are hand-dipped in chocolate or vanilla almond bark. Flavored barks are made with flavor oils and mix-ins blended right into the bark. Black designs are always made on chocolate almond bark for the richest color.

How do edible photos work?

Upload your photos when you build your box. We print them on edible sheets for Oreos, Rice Krispie treats, and cake pops. Photos must be uploaded when you order and can't be changed after they go to print.

Do you accommodate allergies?

Our treats are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, and soy. We can't guarantee any item is allergen-free. Please tell us about allergies in the Special requests box when you order.
