Lasagna Soup is comfort in a bowl. All the flavor of lasagna made easy in the multicooker, topped with a cheesy ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan mix.

Lasagna Soup: Comfort in a Bowl! 🍲❤️

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked ground beef or Italian sausage

2 cups chopped onion

3 tsp minced garlic

3 cups diced tomatoes

2 1/2 cups marinara sauce

4 cups beef broth

2 tbsp tomato paste

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried parsley

8 oz pasta

Salt and pepper to taste

Cheese Mixture:

3/4 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/2 cup grated parmesan

Instructions:

Add cooked beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, marinara sauce, broth, tomato paste, Greek yogurt, oregano, and parsley to the multicooker.

Cook on the soup setting.

Once done, add pasta and cook under pressure for half the time specified on the pasta box.

Mix ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan in a bowl.

Serve soup topped with cheese mixture.
