Your 50% deposit holds your date and covers supplies, and is non-refundable. Cancel or reschedule 14+ days before pickup and your deposit becomes credit toward a new date within 6 months. Design changes are welcome up to 10 days before pickup. Edible photos must be uploaded when you order and are final once submitted, because we send them to print right away and custom prints can't be changed or refunded. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Life happens, so reach out and we'll always try to work with you.
